We also offer inventory management and shipping services for the stored goods. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, our facility can accommodate your requirements. Contract Signing
Review and sign the contract to get started.
Receiving
Receive the requested items into our warehouse.
Storage
We will securely store your items for the specified duration, ensuring they remain protected and easily accessible.
Contract Extension
Before the storage period ends, we will check whether you wish to extend the contract and renew it accordingly.
Release
When the storage period ends, we will ship your items according to your preferred method.
Step 01.
Request a Quote
Please request a quote by phone or WhatsApp. The information required is as follows:

  • Contact Information

  • Email

  • Details about the Items (Type, Size, Weight, Quantity)

  • Desired Storage Duration

  • Pickup Location for the Items

  • Delivery Location at the End of Storage Period

  • Special Requirements for Storage

  • Insurance Requirements

Step 02.
Contract
We ensure a smooth and transparent process when you choose our warehouse services. During the contract signing, we will review all terms and conditions, answer any questions, and confirm the specifics of your storage needs. If you are satisfied with our quote, please proceed with the contract signing to secure our services.
Step 03.
Receiving
To start your storage, simply ensure your requested items are delivered to our warehouse on the desired start date. We can either pick up the items from your location or you may deliver them directly to our facility.
Step 04.
Storage
Your items will be safely stored in our warehouse for the duration of the storage period. Early release before the end of the storage period is possible upon request, but please contact our company for confirmation before proceeding. For flexible access, including both incoming and outgoing shipments, prior consultation is required.

Step 05.
Contract Extension
Before the storage period concludes, we will reach out to you to determine if you would like to extend the contract. If you wish to continue the storage arrangement, we will handle the renewal process accordingly.

  •  you are also welcome to call us as the storage period nears its end to inquire about renewing the contract.

Step 06.
Release
At the end of the storage period, your items will be released. We can arrange for delivery to your desired location, or you may choose to pick them up yourself. The storage service will end once the items have been accurately handed over.
